RECOMMENDED APPLICATIONS

  • This antibody is recommended for Western blotting and immunoprecipitation. For more details on standard protocols, please refer to Ausubel et. al (1993).

SUGGESTED DILUTIONS

  • For Western blotting, we suggest using the antibody at a 1:1,000 dilution.
  • For immunoprecipitation, we suggest titrating the amount of antibody needed for quantitative recovery of the antigen. As a starting point, we recommend a 1:100 dilution.

FORM

  • Rabbit serum containing 10% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide.

STORAGE CONDITIONS

  • Store at –20°C.
  • Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles.
