Recommended Applications & Suggested Dilutions

• This antibody is recommended for Western blotting and immunoprecipitation.
  
  • For Western blotting, we suggest using the antibody at a 1:1,000 to 1:8,000 dilution.
  • For immunoprecipitation, we suggest you titrate the amount of antibody you need for quantitative recovery of the antigen. We recommend starting with a 1:50 to 1:100 dilution.
