Suggested Dilutions

  • For Western blotting, we suggest using the antibody at a 1:1,000 dilution.
  • For immunoprecipitation, titrate the amount of antibody needed for quantitative recovery of the antigen. As a starting point, we recommend a 1:200 dilution. Analyze the immunoprecipitate by Western blotting with our Living Colors A.v. Monoclonal Antibody (JL-8; Cat. No. 632380).
