Phosphate buffered saline (PBS) buffer is commonly used as a wash and/or dilution solution in a variety of applications including tissue dissociation, cell culture, Western blotting, ELISA, and immunohistochemistry. These products are tablets for easy preparation of PBS buffers. Tablets are available for PBS, PBS without potassium, PBS containing Tween 20 (PBS-T), and SSPE (PBS-EDTA).

This product is a tablet for preparing Phosphate Buffered Salts (PBS), which are commonly used for ELISA, Western Blotting and immunohistochemical staining. The buffer can easily be prepared by dissolving the tablet in H2O. Ten tablets are used to prepare 1,000 ml of PBS (9.57 mM, pH 7.35–7.65).
