CD371 (CLEC12A) is a member of the C-type lectin/C-type lectin–like domain (CTL/CTLD) superfamily which have a common protein fold and plays a role in cell adhesion, cell-cell signaling, glycoprotein turnover, inflammation, and immune response.CD371 expression is primarily found on granulocytes and monocytes but also on CD8+ dendritic cells (DCs), plasmacytoid DCs, granulocytes, and B cells.
