The AccuLite™ 350 UV meter detects blue fluorescence, and includes a program for use with Biotium’s AccuBlue™ Broad Range dsDNA Quantitation assay. Biotium also offers the AccuLite™ 470 mini-fluorometer for green fluorescence measurement, which includes programs for use with the AccuBlue™ High Sensitivity dsDNA quantitation assay, AccuClear™ Ultra High Sensitivity dsDNA quantitation assay, and AccuOrange™ protein quantitation assay.
