Product Information
The Centrifuge 5418 and Centrifuge 5418 R with their 18-place capacity rotors are specifically designed for low to medium capacity in 1.5/2.0 mL tubes and Microtainer®. Their speed of up to 16,873 × g allows for standard molecular biology and clinical applications. Both models have an especially low access height and are characterized by a remarkably quiet operation.
Eppendorf QuickLock® lid for ergonomic operation
Rotor with unique QuickLock lid—fast and secure lid locking with only 1/4 of a turn. The rotor provides an aerosol-tight containment for safe centrifugation of hazardous samples such as viruses, pathogen bacteria, blood samples or radioactive probes. Rotor comes standard.
