Ready-to-use dNTP mixes are designed to save researchers time and minimize the possibility of contamination because of the fewer pipetting steps required. They are supplied as an alliquot of an equimolar mix of each nucleotide (dATP, dCTP, dGTP, dTTP). They are stable for 12 months when stored at -20oC and ideally suited for use with DNA polymerases in PCR and in the labelling and sequencing of DNA.
