Contact dishes are used in hygiene monitoring for detecting microorganisms and testing the effectiveness of cleaning and disinfection on flat surfaces by means of contact cultures. Optimized dish design produces a meniscus on the agar surface when the contact dish is filled. Graduation and division into 10 mm squares to enable quick and easy analyses.
