Dosage

Take one sachet 1 to 2 times per day or as directed by a healthcare professional. For best results, snip or tear the notched end off the packet, squeeze into 30-100ml of your favourite beverage and consumer in one swallow on an empty stomach. Wait at least 15 minutes before eating. Contents of packet will not dissolve.

Effect of Ascorbic Acid (Vitamin C):
May slightly raise sensor Glucose readings.
Intake at the maximum of the RDA (Recommended Daily Amounts) may elevate sensor glucose by up to 0.24 mmol/L at low glucose concentrations and by up to 1.3% at high glucose concentrations (compared to glucose results in the presence of baseline circulating ascorbic acid levels).
